GTA Help Desk (gta5.help) is a reading-only website. This notice describes the small amount of information involved when you visit.
What is collected
Technical logs. Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested and the time. We use these records to fight abuse, fix errors and understand load, and they are rotated out after a limited period.
Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your address and message only as long as needed to respond.
What is not collected
There are no visitor accounts, comment forms, newsletters or payment forms on this site. We do not sell or rent any information.
Cookies
Only functional cookies required for caching and security may be set. Should we ever add analytics or ads, we will update this notice beforehand and list the services used.
Outbound links
Links to Rockstar Games, Steam, Google Play and other sites take you to services with their own privacy terms. Please review those terms on each site.
Age
GTA V carries a mature rating, and this site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly gather data from children.
