GTA Help Desk takes copyright seriously and handles infringement reports under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable copyright laws.
Sending a takedown request
Email hello@gta5.help with “DMCA Request” in the subject, including:
- your full name and contact information, and the organisation you represent if any;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the specific page address(es) on gta5.help where it appears;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Complete requests are reviewed within five working days. If the claim is valid, the material is removed or replaced and you receive confirmation.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same information and the reasons it should be reinstated.
Knowingly false requests may lead to legal liability.
